Age Restrictions for HVF Avadi Apprentice Recruitment 2024

Applicants categorized as UR must be below the age of 24, while those classified under OBC can be a maximum of 27 years old, and individuals falling within the SC/ST group can reach up to 29 years. Furthermore, each group (UR, OBC, SC, ST) permits an additional extension of a maximum of 10 years beyond the original limit. Candidates with ITI qualifications may extend their upper age limit by the duration of their training following the prescribed NCVT/SCVT period for the specific trade. It is mandatory for candidates to fulfill a minimum age requirement of 15 years.

HVF Avadi Apprentice Qualification 2024

Applicants without prior Industrial Training Institute (ITI) experience are required to have successfully completed the Madhyamik examination (equivalent to class X standard) at the time of the announcement, achieving a minimum of 50% marks as determined by the appropriate Board. It is essential that they have attained a minimum of 40% marks in both Mathematics and Science according to their official Marksheet.

For ITI candidates:

Candidates are required to have successfully finished the Madhyamik examination or its equivalent. Moreover, they must have passed a trade evaluation specific to their field from a recognized institution sanctioned by either the National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) or State Council for Vocational Training (SCVT), or any other approved organization as specified in the official notification by the Ministry of Skill Development.

Entrepreneurship/Ministry of Labour and Employment. The duration of this vocational assessment should adhere to the provisions laid out in the Apprentice Act of 1961, with a minimum passing score of 50%. The selection of the appropriate trade will adhere strictly to the guidelines outlined in Schedule I of the Apprentice Act of 1961 and its subsequent revisions.

Monthly Salary for HVF Avadi Apprentice 2024

Trade apprentices will receive a monthly stipend based on the Apprenticeship Rules of 1992. The stipend rates are specified in the Trade Apprentice Act of 1961 and the official Gazette notification G.S.R. 686(E) dated September 25, 2019. Additional allowances will not be given during the apprenticeship period. For non-ITI applicants (Matriculation/Xth Class), the stipend will be ₹5000/₹6000 for the first year and ₹5500/₹6600 for the following year. EX-ITI candidates (ITI pass) will get ₹7700 for a one-year trade program and ₹8050 for a two-year trade program. Candidates must provide a bank passbook copy with a visible account number and IFSC code at the start of the program.
